The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, during the pendency of the writ application, the petitioner has been given the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. An office order dt. 15.10.2013 has been produced before this Court by which he has been given the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P., the same is kept on record.
However, if the petitioner has not been given the benefit of 1st and 2nd time bound promotion, he is at liberty to file a
Patna High Court CWJC No.10559 of 2013 dt.10-08-2016 2/2 detailed representation before the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Water Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, who will examine the case and take necessary decision in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of representation.
With the above observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
