Learned AC to SC 23 appearing for the State submits that the present writ application has been preferred against the order dated 04.04.2018, as contained in letter no. 578 (Annexure

Patna High Court CWJC No.20304 of 2018(4) dt.28-08-2020 2/2 1 of the writ application), issued by the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua, by which, petitioner was put under suspension but the suspension of the petitioner has already been revoked vide memo no. 176 dated 27.11.2018 (Annexure J of the counter affidavit) issued by the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua. As such, this application has become infructuous. Annesure J of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 7 indicates that the suspension of the petitioner has already been revoked. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ application is dismissed as become infructuous.
