Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 323, 354B, 427, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case on account of admitted land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.
