The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 356 of 2020 registered under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5029 of 2022 on 02.01.2023.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69198 of 2021(5) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 356 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
