2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the couple is blessed with two children who are staying with the family of the petitioner. Moreover, he submits that the trial is delayed.

5. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IX, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024.
