2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23008 of 2019.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he could not inform the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below due to his busy schedule and hence the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period, in terms of order dated 11.04.2019.

4. For the reasons stated, the time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 11.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23008 of 2019 is extended by
