Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has been named in the first information report in which allegation has been made that on raid by the police, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons were intercepted and on search, fire arms and iron knife were recovered from their possession for which a case bearing Amba P.S. Case No.30 of 2012 was registered under section 25 (1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and learned court below has rightly taken cognizance of the offence.

I do not find any reason to interfere with the order taking cognizance and accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) ahk/- U T
