The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 170C of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that Dr. Samsul, Jaimul Hasan and Faijul Hasan sold the land of the complainant to the petitioner by committing forgery.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is simply the purchaser of the land, to Dr. Samsul, Jaimul Hasan and Faijul Hasan. Jaimul Hasan and Faijul Hasan,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47347 of 2017 (2) dt.06-10-2017 have has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 30277 of 2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sheikhpura, in connection with Complaint Case No. 170C of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
