Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant is not the eye witness of the alleged occurrence. All the witnesses are hearsay witnesses. As a matter of fact, the deceased and others came in the village Dawanpur and trued to outrage the modesty of girls of the village during Kali Puja, and in that connection a case vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Muff) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019.
