2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, On 30.02.2008, the petitioner took loan from Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Mubarakpur. It is further alleged that petitioner has not paid EMI of loan timely due to which his account was declared NPA and upto 28.04.2017, total Rs. 97,412/- was due with this petitioner and the L.I.C. bond which was given in support of loan was declared fake.

4. It is submitted that on behalf of petitioner that when the family of the petitioner came to know about the aforesaid loan, the family of the petitioner approached the bank and deposited the loan amount of Rs. 1,20,266.00 on 01.02.2023

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/concerned court below in connection with Marhowra P. S. Case No. 109 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U
