No.36492 of 2017 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner by which earlier anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner with condition to surrender the court below within a period of four weeks but he could not surrender before the court below within the aforesaid time due to flood in the district of Araria.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner further four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and other part of the order shall remain intact.

Let the order be communicated to the court below at once.

This application is allowed.
