The petitioner is a contractor, submitting that he has supplied plants to the Nursery of the Government for plantation purpose and the workers who are employed there have not been paid the salary and they are raising the grievance. The petitioner further submits that he is entitled to the money in terms of the agreement and in this regard he has already filed an application before the respondent no.3, which is still pending. Let the Divisional Forest Officer, Muzaffarpur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20550 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
