The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.C-2/454 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries of 141.00 litres of Nepali liquor were made from the van in which the petitioner was travelling and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
