2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 420/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals committed theft of cash and jewellery. The petitioner was caught by the police along with other criminals. One screwdriver, mobile phone, knife and some stolen articles along with some money have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2023.

4. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner has undertaken to shift to Mohalla M.G. Marg, Lucknow District (Uttar Pradesh) within Hazratganj police station.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65087 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned court in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 420/2023.

The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Hazratganj police station, Lucknow on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
