JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Sri Siddhartha Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Manoj Kumar Ambasta, learned GP14, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, many subsequent developments have taken place, which warrants filing of fresh writ petition in stead of filing an Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above.
