The present modification application has been filed on account of the fact that address of petitioner No. 1 has been wrongly stated in the application and as a result thereof the address of the petitioner No. 1 Bhawani Kumar son of Sarjan Mandal resident of village Mehandi Police Station Tikapatti District-Purnea has been wrongly stated as "P.S. Tiknapatti, District-Bhagalpur". As such, the petitioner seeks leave of this Court by means of the present modification application to correct the same address. The correction may also be recorded in the order-sheet of Cr. Misc. No. 18350 of 2015.

Permission is granted.

Let the address of petitioner No. 1 now be read as "Bhawani

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49354 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 P2/2 Kumar son of Sarjan Mandal resident of village Mehandi Police Station Tikkapatti District Purnea."

The time, in the order dated 24.09.2015, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petistioner before the Court below, is further extended by four weeks from today.
