Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 registered under Sections147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1840 of 2017 (3) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
