The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No.47 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 30 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to be the seizure list, as contained in Annexure-1 of the present application, which goes to suggest that recovery of incriminating articles was from the room of one Dharamraj, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
