Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S.case No.233 of 2018 dated 12.1.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)1/26 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, police has arrested one accused as while the vehicle checking was going on and there was recovery of one loaded pistol from him. It appears that name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused and it also appears that he is accused in two other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him and in one of the cases he has been acquitted and in

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S.Case No.233 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
