It appears that vide order dated 07.07.2014, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 07.07.2014 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner above-named will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each within four weeks to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Complaint Case No. 470C/2011 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the other following conditions : 1.
