ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.G-O/78 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the motorcycle, which did not belong to him. The petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
