2. Pursuant to an inspection conducted on 04.11.2011, the District Programme Officer, under memo dated 08.11.2011 called for a show cause from the petitioner who was posted as Angan Bari Sevika in Centre no. 66, Barap East, Garhani, Bhojpur at Ara.
3. The allegations were in relation to violation of dress code and regarding the number of children absent from the centre and non-distribution of posahar to the beneficiaries as also of giving false name of the persons in the register as beneficiary who did not exist. The petitioner had responded by Annexure 3 of the writ petition.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11532 of 2014 dt.04-01-2018 2/2 Perusal of the same shows that substantially, the charges have been accepted by her but she has tried to explain the lapses on account of haste and other local reasons/influence, which are legally untenable. As such on the aforesaid irregularity found at the centre in the inspection, the District Programme Officer vide order dated 24.11.2011 has removed the petitioner as Angan Bari Sevika.
4. Petitioner's appeal was also heard by the Deputy Director Welfare who after considering the reply of the petitioner has rejected the appeal by a detailed considered and speaking order vide order dated 28.04.2014.
5. The order also does not suffer from any procedural infirmity.
6. There is no scope for interference with the order impugned in the instant writ petition.
