JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is non consideration of payment of difference of arrears of salary from June, 1991 to February, 2013.

The petitioner superannuated on 31.7.2016. He has been granted pension but the arrears for the period of difference of salary has not been paid.

Without going into the merit of the case, the Court may deem it fit and proper that factual aspect involved in this case may be appropriately decided by the University. Accordingly, petitioner is relegated to approach the University by way of filing exhaustive representation and on such representation, the University shall verify the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order at
