2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 354, 448 of IPC.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted iron rod on the head of informant with the intention to kill. The informant is own mother of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. He further submits that the mother of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He is under custody

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the informant has suffered grievous injury on his head which is attributed to the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one, the bail bond of the petitioner shall not be accepted.
