JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Vide order dated 27.2.2018 this court made the order dated 17.11.2017 granting provisional anticipatory bail absolute in favour of the five petitioners but in the array of parties, inadvertently instead of five petitioners the details of only four petitioners have been indicated.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order granting provisional anticipatory bail the name and description of all the five petitioners have been mentioned but while making the order of provisional bail absolute vide order dated 27.02.2018 the name and description of petitioner No.5 Amrish Kumar has not been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51194 of 2017(5) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 incorporated.
Accordingly the order dated 27.02.2018 has to be read as granting provisional bail vide order dated 17.11.2017 so far as petitioner No. 5 is concerned also absolute.
The order dated 27.02.2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
