JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is looking for consideration of his request as contained in Annexure-2 series by the competent authorities. It is submitted that the Nikah of the daughter and son of the petitioner has been fixed on 12th and 15th of November, 2018 respectively.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court would direct the respondent nos. 3, 6, 7 and 8 to look into the request of the petitioner and consider the same in accordance with Guidelines and the Rules governing the subject and pass an appropriate order thereon in accordance with law within three

It appears that the petitioner has moved this Court recently and therefore, it is not possible for this Court to issue a direction to pass an order without giving a reasonable period to the respondent authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would communicate the petitioner to extend the period of Nikah, if he so desires.

This writ application is disposed off with the aforesaid observation and direction.
