JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 It has been pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that the order dated 04.07.2017 suffers from typographical error due to inadvertent mistake.
Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 04.07.2017 is recalled. The petitioner in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondents for cancellation of notification
Patna High Court CWJC No.3694 of 2008 (13) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 vide letter no.4968 dated 02.09.2007 passed by the respondent by which the appointment of the petitioner, who was appointed as Panchayat Shikshak in the year 2006 was ordered to be cancelled as she has passed the Prathma Pariksha (which was equivalent to Matriculation examination and was recognized by the Government of Bihar) from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad, Hindu Vishwa Vidyalaya in the year1986.
Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur within a period of 30 days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
