Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioners for offence under Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, this Court, in view of the direct allegation against the petitioners, is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail.
That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Sunil Kumar and Ravi Kumar is rejected but then nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioners if they surrender and make a prayer for bail which of-course shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by anything said in this order.
