JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made victim of false implication on the basis of mere suspicion. They have been implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners never demanded any dowry nor any torture was made by these petitioners. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
