JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were empanelled in the year 2013 for appointment by way of regularization in the Collectorate. He submits that the process of regularization is going on and that this case may be considered in the process of selection.

In view of the limited submission made on behalf of the petitioners, this Court would only observe that since process of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17060 of 2015 dt.21-08-2018 2/2 regularization is going on, their claim is required to be considered by District Selection Committee through Its Chairman Cum District Magistrate, Jamui (respondent no.1) as per their eligibility and in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
