The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019 in connection with C-III Case No. 156 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from a motorcycle and not from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his
