2. Prima facie, the present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable in the light of Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 24.06.2023 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 237 of 2020 (Md. Manjoor Alam @ Md. Manzoor Alam vs. Hasena Khatoon) read with order dated 24.10.2008 passed in Criminal Revision No. 321 of 2008. On the other hand, appellant has remedy under Criminal Revision. Thus, the present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 586 of 2023 stands disposed of for

Patna High Court MA No.586 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2024 2/2 the purpose of statistics.
