In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 139 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2015.

The petitioner and other associates have committed robbery in the house of the informant. Later on, the petitioner was identified by the informant and others which is apparently clear from the order of the Sessions Judge.

In such view of matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, liberty is given to renew his prayer for bail after one year of his custody.
