2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 415 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Earlier vide order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10327 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64702 of 2024(2) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any new ground to consider the prayer for bail.
