Rita Devi W/O Ram Sagar Yadav Mukhia Of Gram Panchayat Raj Manpaur, P.S.- Benipatti, District - Madhubani under section 18(5) of the Bihar Panchayati Raj Act, 2006 in view of letter written by the Director, Panchayati Raj, Government of Bihar to the District Magistrate, Madhubani vide letter no. 599 dated 28.1.2011.

Counter affidavit of the respondents no where reflects that any report had been sent to the Director, Panchayati Raj from office of the District Magistrate, Madhubani.
