Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners Shri Prashant Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 3 and 9, Shri Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 6 and Shri P.K. Verma, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case can be disposed off in terms of the order dated 08.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16033 of 2016 and order dated 19.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 8220 of 2019. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to apply in the manner required under the relevant statutes/rules with regard to final withdrawal of the provident fund amount before the authority concerned, i.e. either of the respondent nos.
