2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/126(2)/ 115(2)/109(1)/121(1)/121(2)/132 of the BNS.

3. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that these petitioners along with other F.I.R. named accused persons attacked the police party (enforcement agency) and has taken law in their hand, which is very serious in nature. In the said incident, police personnel also sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62169 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that not a single witness has been examined in support of the prosecution case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
