The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No.29 of 2009 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that though the petitioners were named in the FIR, on completion of investigation the police submitted final report which was accepted by the learned Magistrate, but during trial, the trial court summoned them as additional accused under section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, let the petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51702 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Samastipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.151 of 2010 arising out of Angarghat P.S. Case No.29 of 2009 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
