2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief:

"For Issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to vacate and handed over private land of petitioner bearing Khata No.105, Touzi No.293 Mauza Naya gao ward No.45, circle No.85, Municipal Plot No.739 Total area 1 khata situated at Patna which was purchased by the petitioner through sale deed vide sale deed No.11701 executed by Dev Narayan

Patna High Court CWJC No.14049 of 2023(3) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 Yadav on 06.06.2007.

ii. For Issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take legal action of the private land of petitioner which was acquired without serving any notice or compensation to the petitioner.

iii. For issuance of such other writ or order or direction which may deem fit and proper."

3. The records of the case show that the park came to be constructed in the year 2013 itself. The writ petition has been filed in the year 2023 i.e. after ten years.

4. In the aforesaid background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner approach before the competent Civil Court for the redressal of his grievance. No direction can be issued by the writ Court.
