This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 8 and 20b(ii)(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

4.50 grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2016 and the recovered quantity is within the limit of small quantity.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 14 of 2016 arising out of Allouli P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, III, Khagaria, or successor Court.
