JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the occurrence took place on the occasion of marriage ceremony of sister of petitioner no. 1 with the brother of the informant. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-3. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
