2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.285 of 2022 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner attempted to get employment on the post of Primary Teacher for which counselling held for the year 2019-2020 and during her counselling, it was found differences in between the certificate attached with the application and submitted at the time of counselling by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No enquiry has been held for confirming the genuineness of the certificate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62061 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has not got any gain by committing the alleged act. The petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.285 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
