JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sakara P.S. Case No. 202 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. The present first information report has been lodged after delay of four days without any explanation. The victim girl has not deposed anything about involvement of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-2.
