The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and that the present case has been lodged in retaliation to the allegation made by the petitioners prior to the date of lodging of such First Information Report, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town (Sikandarpur)
