This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. 55708 of 2015 which was dismissed for default on 9.7.2018 for non-compliance of the order dated 2.7.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 55708 of 2015. The Court has ordered to file requisites of notice within one week. It is submitted in the petition that the aforesaid order was not complied due to laches of Advocate Clerk. This Court is not satisfied with the reason mentioned by the petitioners in restoration application. This restoration petition is accordingly dismissed.
