The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Begusarai Town P.S. case No. 653 of 2018 registered under Section 406, 420, 379/34 of the IPC.

The sister of the petitioners is the informant and she alleged that her two brothers fraudulently took Rs. 6,87,000/- and ornaments from her possession on one pretext or the other. They also assaulted her and drove her out from the house with her children.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of some family dispute this case has been lodged. Now the case has been compromised and compromise petition is

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioners are brothers of the informant and the case has been compromised, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. case No. 653 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
