2. Paragraph No. 1 of the writ petition reads as

Patna High Court CWJC No.13685 of 2023(5) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 follows:- "This writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order(s), direction(s) commanding the respondents and to direct the Anchal Adhikari, Triveniganj Anchal in the District of Supaul to proceed with Encroachment Case No.35 of 202223 and to remove the encroachments who have forcibly encroached the Government Land and have wrongly and illegally constructed their houses over the Government land situated at village Babhangama remove the encroachers private respondent Nos. 7 to 17 and implement order dated 12.08.2022 passed by this Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2886 of 2021."

Paragraph No. 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State is given below:- "The ex-landlord Babu Chetmani Singh settled the land in the year 1932 in the name of Sri Prahlad Ram Agrawal @ Prahalad Ram Patwari of the disputed land along with other land and deliver title and possession and thereafter Jamabandi No.798 in the name of Sri Prahalad Ram Agrawal @ Prahalad Ram Patwari, since very date said very land as Raiyati land."

4. In view of the above, no direction is required to be passed.
