The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014 registered under Sections

341. 323. 326. 379 and 504/34 of Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that Rajul Ojha one of co-accused assaulted the husband of the informant by sharp cutting weapon and other co-accused persons including the petitioner have also assaulted the husband of the informant. However, there is specific allegation of assault attributed to Brijbhan Ojha. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and there is specific allegation of assault attributed to Brijbhan Ojha.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49563 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014.
