2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.55 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 342, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 34 the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they had assaulted the informant and his wife by means of iron rod and dab and petitioner no.3 is alleged to have snatched ear ring from the wife of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60642 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The present case is a counter blast of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2023. The alleged injury report has not been received by the Investigating Officer and no case under Sections 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.55 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
