JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Vide order dated 09.11.2022, report was called for from the learned court below regarding present status of the case and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial in connection with Sessions Trial No.303 of 2019, arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Case No.28 of 2017.

Perused the report at Flag 'R'.

The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Barh has reported that the trial in connection with the aforesaid case shall be concluded within four months.

Taking into consideration the fact aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57512 of 2022(3) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 prayer for bail.
